About Author: Bala Sankar
Bala lives in Silicon Valley, (Palo Alto, California, United States). He has been consulting as a software development engineer and architect in most of the major corporate enterprises in Silicon Valley and other business enterprises across America. During his consultancy, Bala got opportunities to understand various business processes, challenges, problems and growth potential in many different industries, such as, shipping container, automobile insurance, etc.
Having worked in the computer industry for more than two decades, and having witnessed the technology growth over a period of time, Bala is now convinced that it's time to take these technologies to the people and society at large. That thought inspired Bala to publish a book, Web On-The-Go.
It took some time for Bala to switch gears from software development to actual publication of a book. Step by step, Bala built a team of experts. Special care has been taken to build a team with social and political knowledge, as well as expertise in their given fields. This global team includes Meg Hamill in Northern California for creative editing; Linda Jay Geldens in Kentfield, California for copyediting and proofreading; and Pippa Cornell in UK for illustrations.
